I called Andrew about an outlet with a short/loose connection. Over the phone, he educated me on the risks and how this outlet was also causing the outages we were experiencing across the room and in the ceiling panel. He gave me a very clear outline of his fees and what to expect for an appointment on the call. This willingness to help and educate his customer and the clear information on pricing are the reasons I chose Andrew over other electricians I called. I place high value this kind of transparency and honesty in business; if you do as well, I definitely recommend Terrace Electric. We set an appointment for the next day, but later he was able to shift his schedule and squeeze me in the day-of! Way cool! Andrew was super friendly and even showed my dog a little love (that's a big deal at my house). He identified the issue within minutes, replaced the outlet and checked all others + lighting fixtures in the problematic part of the house - all in less than 30 minutes. He also took the time to give my husband and I some clear insight into how the wiring in our house was done when it was built and what we could expect going forward or what issues to look for as our home ages. As a home owner, I appreciate this guidance a great deal. It was a pleasure doing business with Andrew. He is very knowledgeable and his experience makes him a reliable resource for sure. I'll definitely be calling on him again when we need electrical help!

I have been using Terrace Electric for many years both for my home and business. Recently I had a whole circuit of electrical outlets without power. Naturally I called Andrew again. He responded quickly and scheduled a service appointment. He arrived on time, went through some diagnoses and found the culprit outlet that was previously wired incorrectly causing the problem. He quickly replaced it and got the problem fixed for a very reasonable fee. Before he left, he asked if there was anything else he could do. I mentioned that the pulling switch for my claw space light had broken off. He went in the space and repaired it for me, without charging extra. Andrew is a great guy. If you treat him with respect, he will reciprocate. Most importantly, the quality of his WORK speaks for itself!

Had a great experience having Andrew help with an electrical issue with our home septic system! He was extremely responsive, coming out the same day I called and getting the work completed first thing the next morning. Communication was clear and thorough, with him walking me through the issue he diagnosed and then giving me a clear estimate of the repair costs ahead of time. I will certainly look to him in the future with any electrical issues.
